Returns & Exchanges
At BloomChic-AU, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method and download your prepaid shipping label or QR code provided by our logistics partner.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return shipping label to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest Australia Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
